Addendum to Minutes

Note: Since the original decision was made in relation to Minute No. 34 above regarding the item, proposed Energy Accelerator Pilot Project, the Council’s Monitoring Officer reviewed the report supporting that decision at the meeting on 30 June 2020 and determined that it did not contain the proper legal and financial advice to enable the Executive Member to take a fully informed decision.  As a result the decision set out at Minute No. 34 will be reconsidered shortly by the Executive Member in the light of a revised report. Details will be added to the Council’s Forward Plan indicating when that decision is to be reviewed, a Decision Session will be convened and the report published in accordance with statutory requirements.
